**Countries listed in Category A will not be covered in Category C, Other Countries. High school diplomas awarded in Turkey and the TRNC will not be covered in Category C, Other Countries. Additionally, diplomas awarded in Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Gambia, and Sierra Leone will not be covered in Category C, Other Countries.
